A to Z : Grief - Matthew Dickman

 It is week two of Arlee Bird's 2013 A to Z Challenge!  For the challenge (and National Poetry Month) I have decided to post a poem for each letter of the alphabet!

  2. I have zero creativity when it comes to poetry. I leave that to my daughter. Although, at 17, it is mostly about the rain in her soul.

    1. I agree! I loved your post-- you cannot sympathize with a character's grief unless you can identify with them!

  5. Hey, thanks for introducing me to Matthew Dickman. The video jumped around too much for me so it was kinda hard to follow along. But I did google the poem and thought it was excellent and very melancholic. It's one of those poems I could re-read several times and get something different out of it after each passage.
