I decided to participate in another Blogspiration!

Blogspiration is a new weekly meme hosted by GrowingUpYA and Saz101. The meme was created to help spark inspiration among bloggers, readers and writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video  is posted weekly, on the day of the author's choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation or just a little SOMETHING

I chose this quote because I know that for me, the works that I consider to be my "best" thus far have been the pieces that left me feeling naked, exposed, vulnerable upon completion...  My friend, Sarah, commented that voice also has a lot to do with good writing.  I feel like what she is saying, and what Arthur Miller is saying here, go hand in hand.  When your writing is honest-- that's when you're at your best: that's when your voice becomes distinguished and unlike any other.  Don't shy away from the embarrassing-- embrace it with all you have.
